SHIPPING POLICY

We ship across Australia. New Zealand and international shipping aren't available yet, but they're on the way.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $50: a flat $9.50 shipping fee. Orders $50 and over: free shipping.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days via Australia Post, depending on where you are in Australia. Metro areas are usually faster, and regional or remote areas can take a little longer.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

Made Fresh, Shipped Fresh

Hypochlorous acid is at its best when it's fresh. That's why we make CALM in small batches in Australia and ship every order promptly, rather than holding stock in storage for months. Shipping locally means your bottle reaches you fresher than a long-haul imported alternative.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 2 to 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder first, then email us at info@puralabs.com.au and we'll look into it.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

Delivery times are estimates, and once an order is with Australia Post, occasional delays can happen for reasons outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at info@puralabs.com.au with your order number and we'll help track it down.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. This is covered in more detail in our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to redirect orders once they've been dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping fee.
